another happy day

Was a nice morning today when i wake up.. just went down to the park and run 3 km.. and do lots of physical training myself.. was totally shag.. hands do till very numb.. then decided to take a pic of my tired body.. hahaha.. freak zi lian.. i know.. haha..

went to haf lunch with her when she release from sch.. was really happy to see her.. haha.. but she was with her friends.. so we like need to behave ourself.. cannot be playful.. haha..

after which went ot meet jody and qian wen.. They all wanted to treat me for my bday.. haha.. but was feeling a bit different cos jy was not here... hope she feels better now..
